Advanced Medical Technologies Signs Master Franchise Agreement for Australia and New Zealand

Advanced Medical Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:ADMD), announced the signing of a Master Franchise Agreement with Menzies on Main Pty Ltd to develop WaterStar franchise offices throughout Australia and New Zealand. Menzies on Main Pty Ltd will be conducting business under the trade name WaterStar Australia and will utilize the Company's patented WaterStar Hydrologic System.

Menzies on Main Pty Ltd has been established exclusively to operate and control the Master Franchise which is controlled by two Australian investment groups, the Ludgates Group and Northward Investments Pty Ltd. Collectively these groups have access to and control substantial business and accounting firm networks throughout Australia and New Zealand and will seek to use these networks and relationships to advance the WaterStar franchise effort within these countries.

The WaterStar system is capable of producing between 2 gallons and 2,200 gallons of contaminant-free drinking water per day utilizing a patented ultraviolet computer- monitored purification system. The Company believes that the system holds vast consumer marketing potential and industrial use in Australia.

The WaterStar system represents fifteen years of research. The machines are computer controlled, simple to operate and easy to maintain. Water is produced from the atmosphere by the WaterStar Hydrologic System for an average of approximately eighteen cents per gallon, which represents a significant price advantage over existing bottled water and provides the ultimate consumer advantage that they can actually see that the water is being purified.
