MP3 Summit Confirms High-Profile Panelists

Some of the pre-eminent leaders in the digital music space have confirmed participation as panelists at the much-anticipated MP3 Summit 2001: Mobilizing Your Music event to be held in San Diego on July 12 and 13. This comes at a crucial juncture in the evolution of the music industry, where digital rights management and online distribution techniques are becoming increasingly popular.

Leaders such as Dennis Mudd, co-founder and chief executive officer of MusicMatch, a company that's received critical acclaimed for its Jukebox software, will be part of an interactive panel moderated by Brad King, a multimedia reporter with Wired News.
